INTRO SOM CLASS W/REV SHERRY ON 7/18 IS CANCELLED

Hi there, The Intro to SOM Classs with Rev Sherry Wynne, RsP that was scheduled for 7/18 at NTC from 1 to 5 pm , has been cancelled till further notice. More than likely, it will resume in August. Rev Sherry will let us know what date. We will keep you posted.

REIKI LEVEL ONE WORKSHOP (NTC Fundraiser) 7/24/10, 9 to 6 pm

Hello everyone, Just a Reminder to let ALL of you know that we will be having our REIKI LEVEL ONE WORKSHOP on July 24th, 2010 at our NTC facility from 9 to 6 pm. Instructor/Faciliator will be our own Rachel B. Frauenholz.

This Class will be an NTC FUNDRAISER. Thank you to Rachel for this. The fee for this Workshop will be $125.00.  $75.00 out of this fee will go to NTC general account, $50.00 will be for Rachel’s materials. Please help us raise money for our wonderful Community and at the same time gain and receive your Reiki Level One atunement. You will be receiving and Book and Workbook with this class.

What is REIKI? Reiki is an ancient, all natural healing modality.  People use Reiki for relaxation, stress reduction and symptom relief, in an effort to imporve overall health and well-being. In this calss you will learn the basics of Reiki, the hand positions & how mind/body/spirit affects the body & how Reiki fits into the comlementary  medical field.

Hi everyone, Want to give you MORE details on the Youth Yard Sale Fundraiser. The Yard Sale (as I stated before) will be at Cathy Long’s house (God Bless her), address IS 1205 W. Tenaya, Fresno. Cross Streets are Sierra & Thorne.

FRIDAY 7/16/10 after 6 pm please drop off ALL BIG items and Small. We are NEEDING VOLUNTEERS for Set UP and Take DOWN.  Please call 448-6565 with Questions and to Volunteer.

Mary Ortiz-Nance- Is a graduate of California State Univ/Bakersfield where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She obtained her MS degree in Chinese Medicine from American College of Traditional  Chinese Medicine in San Francisco. She practices Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine in two cities in the Valley, Fresno & Visalia.  Mary’s specialty is treating pain , womens health issues, respiratory disorders such as Asthma & Allergies as well as many other conditions. She is also trained in the Mei Zen Cosmetic Acupuncture System. Thank you.

Dr. Edward Ortiz-Nance, PhD - Is a Clinical Psycologist at Centre for Harmony. His focus is on family as well as its individual members.  He rec’d his Masters in Organizational Behavior and his Masters and Doctorite in Psychology w/an emphasis in Cross Cultural Psychology and Neuro Psychology from Alliant Int’l University. Post Doctoral training Infant and Preschool mental health and training in several neuro therapies (Neuro feedback - Audio Visual Entertainment (AVE) and Cranio-electro stimulation (CES).

Very Important Update re: BRC Concert

MARK YOUR CALENDARS!!!  -  JULY 10th

This amazing concert, previously scheduled for June 5th, has been rescheduled for July 10th!!!  Pass the word - this group of phenomenal performers and our own gifted speakers is NOT to be missed.  In addition, it is a fundraiser for NTC!  A big THANK YOU goes out to the musicians who volunteered to perform gratis - this means Josh was able to reduce ticket prices to $10!  This is a steal and the best entertainment value in Fresno!  It will be an enormous gift to the community, and will be appealing to many points of view!  So start saving now, and bring all your friends!

God is all there is; everything seen and unseen is of the one.  There are no limits to the magnificence of creation, all is possible.  The more I comprehend my connection to the divine, the more I become receptive to the gifts always being given.  Opening my consciousness more fully to receptivity, the generosity of spirit permeates my very being.  I become a vessel of receiving and giving, much like the ebb and flow of the ocean.  It is done unto us as we believe; I choose to believe with every ounce of my being that I am one with the divine, excepting my good right here and right now.  Prosperity and abundance in all that is good are my birthright.  I accept these gifts with gratitude and thanksgiving.

Thank you God, so it is.

I choose now to take a “time out” from bus-i-ness and from restless thoughts and to immerse myself in the eternal “now” moment.  In this moment, I have nowhere to go and nothing to do as I place my attention on my breath.  I breathe out slowly and let any tension, stress, and negative thoughts flow easily and lovingly out of me.  As I breathe in slowly and deeply, I become aware of the Presence of God - of Wholeness, Love-li-ness, Peace, Creative Abundance, and Joy.  My joyfulness and feeling of connectedness to the Creative Energy of the Universe increases with each breath.  I know that this Creative Energy is Eternal, Universal, Everywhere Present - always available to me and to all, because it is my essence and the essence of all that is.  As I move into my interactions and activities in the world, I take this awareness of God’s Presence with me.  I am guided by Divine Intelligence, Infinite Wisdom, and Perfect Love into the relationships and activities that are perfect for me.  This occurs in perfect right timing and serves my highest and best good and that of all those around me.  I live in a state of grace and I prosper in every way, including:
 
•    Excellent health and well being.
 
•    Loving and supportive relationships with friends, family members, and co-workers filled with wisdom and compassion.

 

•    Work and recreational activities that are enjoyable, and that serve as a vehicle for me to express my creativity while providing a valued service to myself and others.

 

•    Financial prosperity, including an abundance of money and valued goods and services.  There is financial ease and more than enough money to meet all my needs, to provide for my heartfelt desires, and to enrich my life experience and the life experiences of those around me.

•    This enrichment includes a thriving and prosperous New Thought Community family, “guided by Universal Principles and devoted to awakening to the Divine Presence within each of us.”

In gratitude, I release this treatment to the Law of Mind knowing that it is established and operating right here and right now, and going forward.

Be here NOW - there’s no where else, nothing to get or do.  Just BE here NOW.  Let the thoughts go, let the mind go, just be present.  Present for what?  To enjoy Being.

One life, one Being, one eternal Now.  I can remember, I choose to remember myself as pure Being.  Before all the mind chatter, before all the plans, before my busy life got my attention - just pure Being.  Being, I am immersed in that Being.  Eternal, Omnipresent Life, it is Me.  I choose to remember and experience myself as pure undiluted Presence.  I dwell in this Presence.  Its Life lives me.  I can be still.  Be here now and experience this Presence in every act, in every moment.  I bring full attention to be here now - no past, no future, just now.  I celebrate the Joy of living so present in my own Life.  The Sacred is in everything that I do, I see, I feel.  I remember who I am Now.

I am Divine Sacred Presence as Me.  I am Joy, I am the experience of Joy, Joy all around me, inside me, overflowing Joy.  I live in Joy and so it is.
