Middle’s Group

mirthakoder February 14th, 2010

Our Middle’s Group is being headed by Gary Styer and Rev. Connie Treis (our dynamic husband and wife team)!  These two marvelous people have been leading kid’s ministries for about 11 years now, including accompanying the children to Religious Science International Summer and Winter camps.

They specialize in Children Ministries, teaching, team teaching & support teaching, making sure that the children have an understanding of what New Thought is and how to implement New Thought in the children’s everyday lives whether it be at home or in school.

Their assistant is the vibrant Evan Miller!  Evan is a Co-Director of the Religious Science International Winter and Summer Camps.  He has been going to these camps for the last 10 years.  He has tons of experience in training children of all ages in New Thought.

Gary, Connie and Evan have a wonderful way of letting the kids and their parents know how safe and loved the kids are in in this environment.  What a wonderful gift to our community!

Middle’s Group meets at the the NTC facility on Sundays at 10 am.  If you have any further questions, please feel free to call 559-448-6565.  Thank you so much.

Spiritual Mind Treatment - Affirmative Prayer - REQUESTS FOR PRAYER - Come Play With Us!

mirthakoder February 14th, 2010

The Ministers and the Practitioners at NTC would absolutely LOVE to receive numerous Affirmative Prayer requests from our community and the public in general on a weekly basis.  Affirmative Prayer is the “bread and butter” of what we do here at NTC - it can be used for celebration, assistance, growth, a leg up - there is no restriction or limit to how this can be used to further our lives and the lives of others.  Got an idea?  Try us out!

We have Affirmative Prayer request forms on the table in the foyer.  Fill those out and insert them in our red Prayer Request box.  The Practitioners, Practitioner Interns or Ministers will either email you or call you with questions if necessary.  If you don’t hear from them, know they are working on your request and that they know only the truth for you.

Thank you for your time.  If you have any questions, please feel free to call us at 559-448-6565.

NTC Prayer Practitioners

mirthakoder February 14th, 2010

For those of us that don’t know what a Prayer Practitioner is, here is the definition:

A Prayer Practitioner is one who practices mental & spiritual healing; the Practitioner knows within him or herself the Truth about their patient and that self knowingness rises into the conciousness of the patient. The Practitioner realizes that we are born of spirit and not of matter.  Spirit is Changeless, Perfect and Complete.  He or she realizes this until he or she can see his or her patient as a living embodiment of Perfection.

Our Practitioners at NTC are:

Rev Lilly Dale Murray, Rev Connie Treis, Rev Sherry Wynne (head Practitioner) and Dana Peterson, RN

Our Practitioner Interns are:

Rev. Anna Lopez, Mr. Louie Moller, Dr. Charlene McLauchlan, Diane Merrill and Mirtha Koder.

Pictures soon to come!

Children’s Church Teachers are much appreciated

mirthakoder February 14th, 2010

Hi to ALL of our Children’s Church Teachers.  Their job is a very important one in our Community.  They are teaching our future adults about New Thought belief.  What an advantage for these wonderful kids to take this knowledge in at their age.  This means they’ll be able to live a more satisfying life as they are growing and getting older.  I wish I would’ve known about New Thought when I was a teenager!  Thank you, Teachers, from the Board of Trustees and Ministers!!!  WE Love YOU!

Also, A BIG THANK YOU to our most wonderful Rob Treis.  He has been helping me (Mirtha Koder) for about 8 months in heading the Children’s Church and helping w/cirriculum building.  He is an awesome teacher as well, and the kids love him.  They get a kick out of how creative, crafty and funny he is.  Yeah for Rob and yeah for our kids!

Thank You to Maureen Fitzsimmons

mirthakoder February 14th, 2010

Hi everyone!  Just want to express the appreciation from the Board of Trustees and the Ministers to Maureen for her continued support and help with typing the Bulletin each week, and for sending out the weekly email blast to let everyone know our sermon info.  She has been doing this now for about 1 yr. Thank you Maureen and God Bless you.  MUCH LOVE to you.

Treatment by Dr. Charlene McLauchlan, Practitioner Intern

mirthakoder February 13th, 2010

God is peace, God is infinite, God is perfect, God is Love and joy.  God is intelligence, God is always here for me.  God is always here for our New Thought Community.  We can be confident in God’s plan, in God’s Love.  God has blessed us with wonderful speakers, musicians, teachers, helpers, practitioners and congregants.

We can be confident in God’s purpose for us and for our Church.  We continue to attract the people who belong at NTC; we atract people & children who are ready to hear these teachings; we attract people who are generous with their support of our Church.

We are a joyful, loving community.  We are grateful for the Love, support, abundance and talents that everyone shares.  We are so thankful for this knowing.

I release this treatment into law, knowing it is already demonstrated.  Thank you God, and so it is.
